What are the 4ps grants?
There are two 4ps grants are give to the people who are poorest households:
- Health Grants
- Education Grants
Health Grants :
- Health Grants will be given to the Capable Families with children who are age 0to 5 years.
- The 4ps permit will cover both postnatal care prenatal for those expectant mothers beginning in the first trimester of pregnancy and routine preventive health checkup and vaccinations for their kids age 0 to 5.
- The permit of assistance PHP 500 per month per household will be given.
Education Grants
- The Education permit will be given to the Qualified families with children who age of 3 and 18 who are enrolled and attending at least 85% of the school classes.
- The Amount of the education permit will be given as
- PHP 300 per children in pre school,Day care And elementary.
- PHP500 per Children in high school X Maximum of 3 Children for 10 months per household

What are the Beneficiaries Selection Criteria
- Who are all eligible Criteria to the provinces
- The 20 poorest provinces Based o the 2006 Family income and expenditure
- 6 Region of poorest provinces without a province i the list of 20 poorest provinces
- 5 Cities in the NCR
- 2 Cities in the visayas
- 2 in mindanao
- 1 in the cordillera
- Municipalities selection of the poorest from the Above provinces Based on the Small area estimates (SAE)
- FIES where saturation surveys of household are being conducted
- computerised selection of the poorest household based on the ranking system by using the proxy which means TEST developed for the program.

What are conditions to Avail DSWD 4Ps Grants?
The condition of Avail DSWD 4Ps grants, Household with 3 Eligible Children may receive a subsidy of PHP 1,400 per Month or they May Get Grants of PHP5,000 Annually.
DSWD Requirements To Receive 4Ps Cash permit
- The pregnant Women must Get Pre And Post Natal Care And they Should Be Attended by a Skilled Trained Professional During a Birth of child
- the children os 0 – 5 years old must receive Regular Preventive health checkup
- the children of 3 – 5 Years must attended day care or pre school classes At least 85% of classes
- the children of 6 – 14 years must Enroll in the Elementary or high School he or she must attended class at least 85% of time
- Must Avail of deworming Pills of every five months children who are 6 – 14 years old must
How DSWD 4Ps Cash Grants Paid To Beneficiaries?
- Cash permit will be given to the household beneficiary for a maximum of 5 years
- they must be use a Landbank cash card to receive the Quarterly cash permit by the household
- If cash card payment is not possible, the beneficiaries will still recive cash permit with an alternative payment method like:
- the person transaction at the local Landbank branch or
- off site payments through Licensed Rural bank
NOTE – the Pre-Requisties Are not Able to meet the requirements, cash permit will be suspended or removed from the program
